How we handle your data.

The short version

Vibe Web is a one-person studio. I collect the bare minimum needed to deliver custom websites and answer your messages — nothing more. I don't sell, share, or mine your data.

What I collect

• Contact details you give me directly — name, email, message — when you DM me on Instagram or send an email.
• Project files you share during a build — copy, photos, brand assets — used only to deliver the site.
• Anonymous analytics on this site: page views, country, device type. No cookies that identify you personally.

What I don't collect

• No third-party tracking pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Analytics ID tied to your identity).
• No advertising cookies, no retargeting.
• No session recording, heatmaps, or behavior tracking.

How long I keep it

DM threads and project files: as long as we're working together, plus 12 months for tax/legal purposes. After that, I delete them.

Anonymous analytics: rolling 90 days, no association with you.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you can ask me at any time to:

• See what I have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete it (subject to legal retention).
• Export it.

Just reply to any thread we have, or email hi@vibe-web.com. I respond within 48h.

Hosting & processors

This site is hosted on a private VPS in Europe. The contact channel is Instagram (Meta) — by DMing @vibeweb.eu you accept Instagram's data terms.

Changes to this policy

If I change anything material, I update the date at the top and post a note on Instagram. No silent edits.
